The Registrar’s Office maintains the integrity, accuracy, and privacy of the official academic record for all students. The following services are offered by the Registrar’s Office:
Registration and revision of courses Transcript issuance Deferment form completion Verification of enrollment Veteran Certification (Contact Career and Transfer Center)
Official Transcripts Official transcript request should be made in person or by mail to the Registrar’s Office. Telephone, fax or e-mail requests cannot be honored.
Requesting By Mail Print out our transcript requestform fill it out making sure to indicating your name, ID# or last four digits of your SS# and the exact address where you want the transcript mailed. Indicate a phone number or e-mail where we can reach you in case we cannot process your request.
Cost The fee for an official transcript is $5.00; the first transcript request is free. If requesting the transcript by mail a money order is recommended instead of a personal check. Official transcripts will not be processed until the check is cleared, which takes approximately two weeks.
An official transcript will be issued provided the student does not have an outstanding balance with the college.
