The Registrar’s Office maintains the integrity, accuracy, and privacy of the official academic record for all students. The following services are offered by the Registrar’s Office:
Registration and revision of courses Transcript issuance Deferment form completion Verification of enrollment Veteran Certification (Contact Career and Transfer Center)
Official Transcripts Official transcript request should be made in person or by filling out the form at the bottom.
Cost The fee for an official transcript is $5.00; the first transcript request is free.
If requesting the transcript by mail a money order is recommended instead of a personal check. Official transcripts will not be processed until the check is cleared, which takes approximately two weeks.
An official transcript of a student’s academic record will be issued at his/her written request and sent to other educational institutions or prospective employers, provided the student does not have an outstanding debt with the Bursar’s Office or check payments that have not been cleared by the Financial Institution. A fee for each transcript will be charged at the time of the request (the first transcript is free). Telephone requests for transcripts cannot be honored by the College. Requests should be made in person or by mail to the Office of the Registrar.
