Request a Transcript

Your transcript is the official, permanent record of all the courses you have taken while attending St Augustine College. In accordance with the Public Information Act and Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, or FERPA, student academic records are classified as confidential and may be released only with the student’s written authorization and signature. St Augustine College has authorized National Student Clearinghouse to manage the ordering, processing, and secure delivery of student transcript.

How can I obtain a copy of my official transcript?

Official transcripts are processed directly through the National Student Clearinghouse. Please click here to be redirected to their site where you can move forward with placing your order. If requesting a physical copy to be mailed directly to your home address or a business/school please make sure the full address provided is correct. If requesting an electronic transcript please provide the business or school email address.

How can I obtain an unofficial copy of my transcript?

What is considered an official transcript?

In order for a transcript to be considered official the receiving school or business must receive it in a sealed envelope if a physical copy is provided. For E-transcripts; receiving school or business must receive the transcript either directly from the registrar email address or the National Student Clearinghouse.
*Transcripts emailed to a school or business directly by the student is considered an unofficial copy and not official.

How can I request a copy of my diploma?

Copy/replacement diplomas have a $75 processing fee which must be paid with our Bursar office. Once payment is processed please email registrar@staugustine.edu and provide the following information: full name, student ID or last four of your social, and diploma delivery address. Order will be placed on your behalf and processing/delivery can take anywhere between 1 – 2 weeks.
