The Culinary Arts Program held its Second Internship of the Fall-2017 semester. The event was held in the Charlie Chaplin Auditorium on Friday November 10, 2017 (11:45am to 2pm).
This was an event where students (in the Culinary Arts Program) had the opportunity to experience on a real restaurant setting.
The professional practice was supervised by the renowned International Chef, Carmelo Alfaro, who is a gastronomic consultant, event organizer and instructor. Alfaro evaluated the food, presentation, attention and the quality of the reception room. He was the special guest of the Culinary Arts instructors of SAC, Chef Rafael Pérez and Chef Edgar Rodríguez.
Among the participating students were Gloria Zavala (Mexico), Elizabeth Méndez (Mexico), Gianina Gómez-Cabrera (Peru), Itzel Valladares (Mexico) and Rosa Talkase (Peru).

Lomo Saltado W/ white rice
