Accelerated ESL Program

Students who complete the advanced level are then eligible to enroll in SAC’s academic ESL courses and continue working toward a Certificate, Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree.

We incorporate LISTENING, SPEAKING, READING, AND WRITING to develop students’ English proficiency in work/life, academic skills, and basic computer literacy skills.

Classes begin: April 16th, 2024

Classes meet for three hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.


Take an Entrance Exam

Students begin by taking an in-person eCASAS Placement Test (required) and are then placed into one of the program’s five levels:

  • High Beginning
  • Low-Intermediate
  • High-Intermediate
  • Advanced

Choose Time of Day to Attend

Evening classes:

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6:00pm – 9:00pm


  • Internet Access, Computer or Laptop
  • High School or GED not required.
