St. Augustine College offers innovative, free, and intensive 10-week GED preparation courses in both English and Spanish, with a strong college and career readiness component.

  • Support Services to ensure students can complete the program and earn their Illinois High School Equivalency Certificate
  • A Free College class, as an incentive to transition to college, participants who complete the program are offered a free college class at St. Augustine College

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Computer required / Laptop or Desktop (SAC does not provide a computer for online classes)
  • Reliable Internet connection
  • IL Residents only

These are intermediate-level classes: Students must have a 9th-grade level in reading and a 7th-grade level in math.
