Students from St. Augustine College learned about Women’s Health and Mental Health at the International Women’s Day Workshop. The event took place last Saturday, March 3rd from 1-4 pm on our Main Campus. The event was hosted by Dr. Carmen Arellano Resident Assistant Professor and Psychology Coordinator and Clinical Practice Director.
The students received information about health services (Prof. Rada Gouldberg and Prof. Teresa P. Mateus), special presentations about women’s health care, yoga and meditation, and a demonstration from the Culinary Arts Program with Chef Rafael Perez.
The participants received a certificate of attendance.
