The Liberal Arts and Sciences curriculum with an Addictions Studies concentration offers a broad range of courses designed to provide foundational knowledge in areas such as English, mathematics, science, and history while also providing key courses that are designed to understand the theories and research of addictive behaviors, preparing students to both understand the compulsions themselves and the people they affect.

The Addictions Studies concentration is scheduled to be phased out as of May 2017. Courses related to the study of addictions will continue to be offered as elective courses whenever 7 or more students wish to enroll in a particular course.
