Opportunity: St. Augustine College seeks an experienced, innovative, dynamic, strategic, data-driven, mission-driven, collaborative leader to serve as the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing to implement a comprehensive enrollment infrastructure.
St. Augustine College is in a very exciting point in its history. The Vice President will join the College during a time of radical rearchitecting to find new, significant, and sustainable business practices. The Vice President will serve on the President’s Cabinet and report directly to the President, and work to expand the College’s educational opportunities to Chicago area students and beyond. As a visible leader of the College, the Vice President will have a tremendous opportunity to make a significant impact on the College by establishing a data-driven enrollment strategy. The Vice President will be responsible for the entire cycle of student recruitment, enrollment, retention, and student success.
The Vice President will have an opportunity to create an enrollment team of professionals, incorporate best practices through the use of data analytics to provide leadership for undergraduate Admissions, Marketing, Financial Aid, Registrar, and promote a shared commitment across the faculty, senior leadership, and staff to enroll, retain, and grow a robust student body.
The candidate will demonstrate evidence-based success in full-life cycle student enrollment management and analytical decision-making in higher-education, preferably in an urban setting, focused on excellence, entrepreneurship, and economic growth. The candidate will drive the implementation of creative systems and data-driven enrollment management plans to maximize goals. Deep experience with the strategic leveraging of financial aid awards to maximize enrollment results is also preferred. The personal values of compassion, kindness, fearlessness, and an ownership mentality are essential.
Qualifications and Expectations: A master’s degree is required; other terminal degree is preferred. Significant experience with enrollment management and marketing in the higher-education field is strongly preferred.
This position will be based out of St. Augustine College’s main campus in Chicago. The expectation for this position is that it will require a minimum of 40 hours per week. A minimal amount of travel will be required primarily to St. Augustine College’s satellite campus or other local or regional locations for events related to the performance of this position. The ability to effectively communicate in English and Spanish is preferred.
